Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar is doubling its reach for 2026, with 8 pop-ups opening Nov. 19 and London becoming its first location outside the U.S.
Created with Bucket Listers, the holiday bars will also open in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York and San Diego. Expect décor inspired by Carey, interactive experiences tied to her hits and cocktails made with her Black Irish cream liqueur, which comes in flavors including salted caramel and white chocolate. Menus will differ by location.
“The holidays are my favorite time of year, and I love finding new ways to share the magic with my fans,” Carey said in a news release.
London’s opening comes ahead of her Christmastime Tour’s U.K. shows in Birmingham, London and Manchester, beginning Nov. 27.
Ticket prices for 2026 haven’t been announced. In 2025, admission ran roughly $20 to $25, including a welcome cocktail and a 90-minute visit. Online waitlists are available for notifications when tickets go on sale.
