Khloé Kardashian says she’s done chasing men, and on the October 22 solo episode of her podcast “Catch Up with Khloé,” she explained why she’s leaning all the way into her kids instead.
She said she wants Disneyland, light shows, puppet shows and pumpkin parties with True and Tatum while they’re still young, calling it a short window she doesn’t want to spend on “men who have burned me for my whole existence of dating.”
“Why would I run towards the fire when I could run towards the safety?” she said. She added that she has “no desire” right now, that it’s “not about a time frame,” and that she’ll go looking for a partner only when she feels lonely.
Kardashian said she’s “probably the happiest I felt in a really long time,” and “the safest.”
The comments land differently next to a September 26 TODAY interview, where she said she wanted to put herself out there and find a forever person. By December it will be four years since she last dated.
Her marriage to Lamar Odom ended in divorce finalized in December 2016. She and Tristan Thompson, parents to True and Tatum, split for good in December 2021 after he fathered a child with another woman.
