Sharon Osbourne says a surgeon tried to repair botched facial work by injecting her with what he called his “special concoction,” and it left her with a lasting indentation down the right side of her face. She went back to complain, and she said he reassured her the injection would work. It “didn’t f***ing work. I’ve got a dent.”
The 74-year-old described it on the October 15 episode of The Osbournes podcast with her son Jack and daughter-in-law Aree, after Jack asked if she’d ever been scared before surgery. She said she has, “when I’ve woken up and seen the mistakes.” One procedure turned part of her face “this color black, all the way down here,” she said, gesturing from near her right nostril toward her chin.

She blamed a lapse in the operating room: “I think the surgeon left it to his mate to do. I think he took a phone call and then his mate was all, tap in.”

Sharon didn’t name the surgeon or the specific procedure. She said others can’t always see the indentation, but “you can feel it.”
She framed the whole thing with dark humor. “It’s not like I earn my living out of my f***ing face, so it’s like, okay, I f***ed up, my choice, that’s it,” she said. Asked about more work, she pushed back: “Oh, Jack, who am I doing it for now?”
She’s been candid for years about decades of procedures, including the 2021 facelift she’s repeatedly called the worst thing she ever did. At 74, and following Ozzy’s death in July 2025, she said she has no interest in a face that looks decades younger than the rest of her.
