Brandi Glanville says a doctor is going to take her face off for exploratory surgery beneath her skin, and that the procedure is happening Friday. The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum told her “Brandi Glanville Unfiltered” podcast that Dr. Carlo Henrado will “take my face off” and run an exploratory procedure she described as a “power wash” beneath her skin.

Glanville, 53, says the doctor found two spots under her skin that could be “fungal balls or something alive.” She’s convinced it’s the latter.

“I think it’s alive, personally, because it moves when it wants,” she said.

She described the mechanics bluntly: Henrado is “literally going in there with a power washer, basically, and knives,” then spinning her blood for a platelet treatment on the inside of her face. “We might not want my blood at this point,” she joked.

Glanville says Henrado came highly recommended and agreed to do the procedure for whatever insurance covers plus an additional $5,000. She says he framed it as cutting “the head off the beast, the snake,” so the rest could follow.

The former model says she’s “super excited” and “scared to death,” since she’s never had facial surgery before.

The surgery follows years of unexplained health problems. Last month she said she’d been diagnosed with multiple conditions, including a drug-resistant bacterial infection, Valley fever, Demodex dermatitis and mononucleosis. In early September she posted an ultrasound clip claiming doctors “saw something alive” moving beneath her facial skin.

Glanville first blamed Bravo for her facial disfigurement in 2024, later pointed to her 20-year-old breast implants, which she said had ruptured, and has also been told she has a benign tumor in one of the lymph nodes in her face.
