Brittany Snow has confirmed that The Hunting Wives season 2 includes a death. “Someone dies. I won’t tell you who,” she teased earlier this year, saying the scene made her stand up on her couch when she read it.
A shared bubble bath turns into a warning in the season 2 trailer. Margo (Malin Akerman) tells Sophie (Snow), “Let’s wash off all of last night’s sins.” Sophie answers, “I don’t think we could wash off what we did last night.”

What happened that night remains a question.
Season 2 picks up with Sophie and Margo estranged, until old secrets and new enemies bring them back together. Sophie’s also in couples’ therapy with her husband Graham (Evan Jonigkeit), trying to repair the trust broken by her affair with Margo. His question: “Are you still dreaming about her?”

Sophie recognizes Margo’s manipulation even as they reconnect. “It’s classic Margo: She gets her hooks in you and then she manipulates you until there’s no you left,” she says in the trailer.
Their other relationships carry trouble, too. Margo continues seeing high schooler Brad (George Ferrier), and Sophie and Callie (Jaime Ray Newman) remain at odds. Dale Dickey joins the cast as a biker gang figure, while John Stamos plays an eccentric photographer.
Akerman teased “more twists and turns that are really unexpected” in May, describing season 2 as “a little bit wilder than the first season.” The Hunting Wives returns to Netflix on November 26.
