Cardi B still wants a breast augmentation after 18 years, and the thing holding her back is the operating table. “I’m not afraid to do nothing but my boobs,” she told an X Spaces session. “It’s not a fun surgery, but I have to get my boobs done.”
The 34-year-old rapper says the problem is sag, not size, and she’s looking to refresh rather than go bigger. “I have been having them for like 18 years,” she said. “They’re sagging really bad.”
She blames her kids: Kulture, 8, Wave, 5, and Blossom, 2, with ex-husband Offset, plus her 11-month-old son with former partner Stefon Diggs. “These kids done f***** my s**** up,” she said, calling the result “bean bags.”
Even so, she’s not committing. “I’ve been saying I want to for a long time, but I don’t know if I’m going to,” she said.
Cardi has been open about procedures before, saying she had polymers removed from her butt in August 2022 and January 2024, and that she had her backside reduced rather than lipo’d because her skin is loose.
