Kendall Jenner’s car collection includes a 1956 Chevrolet Corvette she bought with her own money, and she won’t even let Caitlyn Jenner drive it.
The collection began with a birthday Range Rover. By January 2017, she was explaining her love of cars while riding in her 1965 Ford Mustang convertible.

“My dad raised me to love stuff like this. I was always into dirt bikes, four-wheelers,” she said, crediting Caitlyn Jenner. “Some people get addicted to tattoos, I’m addicted to cars.”
The Corvette was her first classic. During a visit to Jay Leno’s garage with Caitlyn, a C1 Corvette caught her attention.

A producer on Leno’s show recalled: “Kendall couldn’t stop staring at it. She fell in love on the spot.” Another producer tracked down a 1956 model for her to buy.
Jenner explained her taste to a producer off camera: “I’m surrounded by fancy Lamborghini guys. It’s way cooler to have a classic car.”
Ownership came with boundaries. During her 2016 appearance on Jay Leno’s Garage, Caitlyn said, “She won’t let me drive it, Jay.” Leno replied, “True car girl.”
Her parents had given her that first car, a 2012 Range Rover, for her 16th birthday, before she’d earned her license. She failed her driving test twice because she forgot to use her blinker.
By 2023, she was teaching Kylie to drive a manual in her 1997 Porsche on The Kardashians. Kendall called the car “an old lady,” then realized she had another way to put its age in context: “Actually, Kylie, you guys are the same age, 1997.”
